What´s your beef?

Montevideo wasn´t desparately interesting. However, what it did have was a massive building fashioned after an old London railway station, within which was a gigantic meat market. There were many, many stalls like this in the incongruously exteriored establishment. You could eat whatever you wanted, as long as it was a huge lump of meat, a garganturan chorizo or... a massive lump of meat. Vegetarians need not apply. We told this fellow that he had a nice rack shortly before being knocked unconscious.
